My new phone came quickly and was in perfect condition, it was scratch free, and has a battery that lasts all day with normal use! I love it!

Samsung S23 phone arrived faulty. While its appearance was pristine, the basic phone feature - the microphone was not functioning. It was very disappointing, as I spent a day customising the phone and transferring the data, and all the other time I spent in research. Had to send the phone back. The item return was smooth,free, got the refund within company's set time line with no further messing which is good.

I've just received my Galaxy S23. First impression, the device is very well packaged. Secondly, the phone was delivered in its original Samsung packaging. It appears to be in perfect condition. Only the battery needed a small charge to transfer my data and applications, thank you Smart Switch. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you to you and to the refurbisher.
