    I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one! I'm very happy and I'll be using them again, many thanks 😊

    I've got a problem with my tablet, it keeps leaving me a message saying "galaxie store has stopped" with "OK" next to it, which doesn't work. It's blocking everything, I can't touch anything. I have to turn it off completely and then on again. Sometimes it works fine and other times it's a real pain. The worst thing is that I don't have the gakaxy store app. You'll have to help me out here. The problem is really annoying. I wanted a refurbished tablet to do something for the planet. The end result is €78 thrown away if my problem isn't solved as soon as possible.

    Order placed during the weekend, received on Tuesday from Estonia, nothing to complain about. I was a bit worried about the delivery with FEDEX but it was impeccable. The tablet is as described, not a single splendid scratch. I would have given it 5 stars especially as I was supplied with a charger, which I wasn't expecting, but alas the refurbisher either forgot or didn't see fit to fit the S PEN supplied as standard with the tablet. As a result, I'm giving it 2 stars less, because given the price of the tablet, I wouldn't have minded not having a charger, rather than having to buy another S PEN (almost 60 euros on the SAMSUNG website... In conclusion, an almost perfect experience, but one that was ruined by what some might consider a minor detail, but a minor detail at 60 euros all the same... I requested assistance today, and if this problem is solved, I'll have no problem changing my rating.

    The tablet arrived promptly and is in far better condition than I could have imagined. Have had it a week, transferring everything from my last one was seamless and, touch wood, everything seems to be working perfectly.     Product in excellent condition. Including: pen and charging cable+power supply, all working. When charging, the tablet screen gets warm in an area of about 2cmx1cm in an area about 3cm away from the edge where the charging port is. Possibly due to leakage from the charging currents. These adversely affect the S-pen, which should be kept calibrated by the induction currents below the surface of the tablet. When charging takes place, only in the area shown, the S-pen is perceptibly de-calibrated, the pointer moves in jerks, albeit very small ones. Despite this issue, which is negligible for me as it has little influence, and which could perhaps be due to a series problem, I really enjoyed my product.
