The delivery was quick as always and the product is certainly of high quality, but I still haven't fully understood how it works, which is nothing like the Galaxy Tab. Another little thing - you'd have to inform your refurbishers that not everyone is fluent in Austrian German, in my case for example, so it's a bit difficult to get to grips with it for the first time.

Fast delivery, product conforms to the description and condition indicated. I've already bought 2 smartphones, this is my 3rd refurbished and I'm still as satisfied as ever. I have nothing to complain about.

The quality of the device was as described, slight scratches on the back. Display and software all great. Quick and easy delivery. Service also good. Just a pity that my exchange device was not on the list. Can recommend Back Market

Product in excellent condition. Including: pen and charging cable+power supply, all working. When charging, the tablet screen gets warm in an area of about 2cmx1cm in an area about 3cm away from the edge where the charging port is. Possibly due to leakage from the charging currents. These adversely affect the S-pen, which should be kept calibrated by the induction currents below the surface of the tablet. When charging takes place, only in the area shown, the S-pen is perceptibly de-calibrated, the pointer moves in jerks, albeit very small ones. Despite this issue, which is negligible for me as it has little influence, and which could perhaps be due to a series problem, I really enjoyed my product.

Everything is great except that it arrived without the S-pen. It shows up with the S-pen on the app, but arrived without it. Other people would make a big drama out of it, but I'm just too lazy to do that. If you want to get the tablet and are hoping for the S-pen, then hope not.

The tablet works very well for me, I just had to buy the pencil separately as it did not come with the original pencil. So I still don't make good use of it to make my graphic designs since I bought the tablet precisely for that reason. I bought the tablet precisely for that reason

So I received a very good product, with the stylus and charger. However I ordered it in perfect condition and I can notice several scratches all around the edge of the tablet. Otherwise everything is good 👌🏼

The equipment is top-notch, as ordered! What's wrong? It's Chronopost... a delay can happen, but when you're warned in the evening at 5.45pm when you've been waiting all day for the delivery scheduled between 8am and 6pm... And the next day it's the same thing again, it's annoying to say the least! 🤬🤬🤬. There are carriers who respect their commitments... yes, there are!!!!
