    The tablet I bought (Samsung Galaxy tab Active Pro) was missing an important accessory. I returned the item and received a refund very quickly.     Second time I've ordered from BackMarket and second excellent experience! The Galaxy Tab arrived in better condition than I expected, especially at this price! So yes, I ordered it in decent condition and it arrived with a few minor defects (a small scratch on the screen and a few bumps on the corners of the device) but frankly I'm extremely happy with it. The battery lasts and the tablet works like new. The icing on the cake was the S-pen and keyboard case that came with it. I rarely leave reviews but this deserves one. Well done to the refurbisher (Ocash) and Backmarket!

My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one!     After careful consideration, I decided to buy a tablet through Back Market. The description on the website was very detailed and gave an accurate picture of what to expect. When the device arrived, I was pleased to see that it matched exactly what was described. It functions extremely well and I am very satisfied with it. The only downside was the price. While I understand that refurbished products can have a higher price because of the repair process and the warranty they offer, I still found the price a little too high compared to other providers. Nevertheless, I appreciate the quality of the product and the service provided by Back Market.
