The tablet works perfectly, I am very pleased with it. The only thing was the plug which is wrong for Ireland...3pin plugs here.

The tablet I bought (Samsung Galaxy tab Active Pro) was missing an important accessory. I returned the item and received a refund very quickly. Finally, I realised that the price was quite high! 249 for this refurbished tablet, whereas I've just found a brand new, sealed Samsung Galaxy tab Active4 Pro for £329 (eBay).

Second time I've ordered from BackMarket and second excellent experience! The Galaxy Tab arrived in better condition than I expected, especially at this price! So yes, I ordered it in decent condition and it arrived with a few minor defects (a small scratch on the screen and a few bumps on the corners of the device) but frankly I'm extremely happy with it. The battery lasts and the tablet works like new. The icing on the cake was the S-pen and keyboard case that came with it. I rarely leave reviews but this deserves one. Well done to the refurbisher (Ocash) and Backmarket!

Received a brand new Galaxy S5e tablet super-fast: even when I looked very closely I didn't see the slightest trace or mark. The battery life is very good, given the fairly intensive use I make of it. Charging is quick enough. I'm very happy with this purchase - well done to the refurbisher and Backmarket!

I'd never heard of Black Market before and I was a little unsure about ordering at first, but after seeing consistently competitive prices on the Galaxy Tablet I wanted I went for it. My tablet arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition! I did opt for the best condition refurbished model and I couldn't tell it was not brand new, but it cost less than 1/4 of the price of a brand new one!
