My first time buying on Back Market and getting a second hand phone. I was so surprised when I open the box. The telephone looks great like a new one and working perfectly. To be honest I didn't expect like no scratch at all. I can say brand new so far and plus delivery in two days. I am so happy and I highly recommend. When time comes I'll buy again on Back Market!!

Delivery could have been faster (5 days) but that may have been down to the courier. Camera is superb but a wide angle lens would have been great. Very disappointed in battery life.very short if camera is used for normal holiday use. 26 shots = 6 hrs battery. Call quality is good.

i ordered from backmarket with a lot of trepidation, given the negative feedback i'd seen. however, my phone was at the end of its life and i didn't want to buy another in the same range, so i thought i'd get a refurbished top range, and at worst it'll be at least as powerful as my old phone.... i chose my phone (google pixel 6) based on the retailer and their ratings, even if it meant paying a bit more. it ended up with axore (italy). i didn't have very high expectations, so i'm pleasantly surprised. the phone works very well, the camera too, the battery lasts well (one day with moderate use). it heats up slightly when you use it too much, but i don't use it for that so it doesn't bother me. the parcel took a while to arrive but that's not the fault of the retailer but ups. so i'm happy with this purchase.

Phone received promptly, but unfortunately had a screen bug the day after I switched it on despite buying it in perfect condition. I immediately sent it back to the seller, who refunded my money. I picked up a Google Pixel 6 A from the same seller, which is in perfect condition and has been working perfectly for 2 weeks now. I ordered a phone in a hurry because I'd broken mine. It was the first time I'd bought a refurbished phone. I chose a Google Pixel 6 in perfect condition. However, I wouldn't say that the phone is in perfect condition, there are a few scratches (albeit discreet) on the back. It's in good condition, yes, but not perfect. However, I placed my order on Friday evening and received the parcel the following Tuesday, even though Monday was a bank holiday. The delivery was therefore very fast and the phone arrived even before the estimate from Back Market. The parcel was fairly well protected but the Back Market box containing the phone is a bit treacherous, so it's best to take the time to open it safely. I tested the phone's functions using the Back Market application and everything was perfect (great device by the way). I have one big problem with the cable supplied: it's short and frankly it helps out when I receive the parcel, but the quality isn't great. I purchased my Google Pixel 6 128GB in October 2023. It has been a brilliant phone to use for over a year. I love my Pixel 6! When I received the item last October it was in great condition and looked almost brand new. My Pixel 6 is on Android 15 now (The Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are guaranteed to receive Android version updates until at least October 2024, and security updates until at least October 2026).
