    I received the computer in 5 days, with the charger and a bit of paperwork to explain that the computer had been refurbished by HP. The first problem I encountered was that it was impossible to reset the computer, the computer froze and then I was surprised to see that my computer was not an HP Victus 15-FA0026 but an HP Victus 16-r0xxx to conclude with the last problem, the charger is excrementally fragile and in poor condition.
