I have ordered two of these laptops and both had defective batteries. I returned the first one and received a refund. Choose to keep the second one and replace the battery myself. Good laptop otherwise but overall disappointing quality control from the seller

The laptop is working fine but only there is a small scratch on the screen and a little line as well but overall the device is working excellent.

I was disappointed in the operations of the laptop. More disappointing that an excellent pick could be operating like that at first buy.

I received the computer in 5 days, with the charger and a bit of paperwork to explain that the computer had been refurbished by HP. The first problem I encountered was that it was impossible to reset the computer, the computer froze and then I was surprised to see that my computer was not an HP Victus 15-FA0026 but an HP Victus 16-r0xxx to conclude with the last problem, the charger is excrementally fragile and in poor condition. The computer is quite good in terms of features even if the fans are triggered quickly and all the time.

Product conforms, delivered with its HP keyboard and a new stylus, a few scratches on the shell of the computer slightly visible on the shell and keyboard. The only downside that made me take off one star was a nice scratch on the touch screen, which you can feel when you touch it. Hello, the PC works very well, I'm satisfied, the packaging is perfect, it's a great seller. For other buyers, it's more worthwhile buying a refurbished PC than a new one, because after a year it starts to wear out, whereas a refurbished one, for example between €150 and €200, works very well. I bought one in 2021 from HP, and it works perfectly.
