    I've returned a faulty iPhone and have received no response from either the seller or Back market customer care as to it's status. it arrived at the sellers ten days ago and I have no idea what is going on, apart from the thought that I've been scammed. There is no way of speaking to someone at Back market, you have to converse online, which they guarantee they will reply to within 24 hours. Complete rubbish, they just ignore you.

    I received it yesterday afternoon, after having placed the order a week before, telling me that it was going to be delivered on the 24th of May, this is the first time this has happened to me with all the orders I have placed with back market. The order arrived as indicated in its appearance, impeccable, there is no indication that it is reconditioned, nothing. The health of the battery arrived at 100%, and I have to say that as of today (May 31, 2024 at 1pm) it has 91% battery, after listening to music all morning. The camera is amazing, and Apple proves that you don't always need a dual camera to take great pictures, this camera does that and more, with excellent results during the day and at night. If you're thinking about what capacity to choose, if you want to have it more complete, I would choose the 128, because it gives you enough space to store a lot of information, and if you have iCloud+, even better. As for the red colour, it's a darker red than the 2nd generation, but I still love it.     So far so good. I’m not a big Apple iPhone fan and have always used Android phones. I thought as I am critical of Apple, especially their prices and policies I should give the iPhone a chance. I am extremely pleased with the service from BackMarket. The phone arrived next day and was in mint condition. The price was very good compared to other websites, plus I’ve used BackMarket before. I have been using the phone as my main phone but I won’t be following the crowd. Although I like my iPhone SE, I won’t be buying any new iPhone. Far too overpriced for me. Refurbished fine, but new, sorry Mr Apple no chance.

    I have always been intrigued by the 'refurbished' market but was afraid I would not be happy with the purchase. So I calibrated my expectations to a rather low level to limit possible disappointment and bought a 'Good' quality 3rd generation iPhone SE. I have been using it for about ten days now and I am very satisfied! Apart from a few scratches on the shell (which are covered by the cover), the phone is aesthetically perfect. The battery is 100% (I haven't had it replaced). I hope everything runs smoothly for at least the next 2/3 years - fingers crossed!

    Very hesitant about buying a reconditioned phone from a company I had not heard of before but honestly I could not fault the ‘premium’ phone, not a mark on it and works perfectly. Within two hours of purchase I was advised that the phone was being dispatched and would be delivered the following day. Really happy with the phone and I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service. I will use this company in the future.
