Good as new!

I rarely move from Amazon, which I have used for years and always at the top, I wanted to change out of curiosity. I stumbled across a presentation/advertisement, got curious, was already thinking of buying the iphone from Apple in instalments, found the offer of refurbished (positive experience in the past), was convinced and gave it a try. Very good timing and modalities. Very positive experience. Glad I did it A

So far so good. I’m not a big Apple iPhone fan and have always used Android phones. I thought as I am critical of Apple, especially their prices and policies I should give the iPhone a chance. I am extremely pleased with the service from BackMarket. The phone arrived next day and was in mint condition. The price was very good compared to other websites, plus I’ve used BackMarket before. I have been using the phone as my main phone but I won’t be following the crowd. Although I like my iPhone SE, I won’t be buying any new iPhone. Far too overpriced for me. Refurbished fine, but new, sorry Mr Apple no chance.

If I don't take into account the notches on the edges of the phone, it's perfect. Thank you for the case and screen protector. Today I received the renewal payment for my previous refurbished mobile phone from you. Thank you very much!

I don't normally do reviews but hope this helps others who may be undecided. I was sceptical about using this site as I normally buy new. My old iPhone accidentally went through the washing machine and had to be replaced. As I do not make much use of all the tech available on phones these days I was reluctant to pay pay full whack so decided to give refurbished a try. I could not be happier with the service provided and the phone came without a mark on it. Delivery was as stated and it was well packaged. Got it set up no problem and has been in daily use since without any issues. I would recommend BackMarket to family and friends.

This was excellent, good price, fast delivery, excellent condition. Bubble wrap would have been a good idea for the packaging. But that's a very high level of grumbling. So, thank you, everything worked out perfectly. And a good feeling, because it's refurbished, on top of that

I have always been intrigued by the 'refurbished' market but was afraid I would not be happy with the purchase. So I calibrated my expectations to a rather low level to limit possible disappointment and bought a 'Good' quality 3rd generation iPhone SE. I have been using it for about ten days now and I am very satisfied! Apart from a few scratches on the shell (which are covered by the cover), the phone is aesthetically perfect. The battery is 100% (I haven't had it replaced). I hope everything runs smoothly for at least the next 2/3 years - fingers crossed!

Very hesitant about buying a reconditioned phone from a company I had not heard of before but honestly I could not fault the ‘premium’ phone, not a mark on it and works perfectly. Within two hours of purchase I was advised that the phone was being dispatched and would be delivered the following day. Really happy with the phone and I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service. I will use this company in the future.
