    Disappointed. It didn’t come as expected. I bought in the excellent condition, paid extra for it and paid extra to get the uk keyboard layout but I got the US layout which wouldve saved me about €70 less if I chose that option in the first place. The laptop came with no charger and came with no Apple packaging whatsoever literally just the laptop in some random white box and that’s it. I had high expectations because I’ve bought off other websites like refurbished and they ALWAYS come with a charger at the minimum and if it doesn’t they make it VERY clear to you that it doesn’t come with it. Alongside that I paid extra for no reason and all they could offer me was a refund. The laptop took ages to come so I already know if I try get a replacement I’ll be looking at paying more money to ship it back to them and waiting another 2 months before I actually get what I paid good money for. You guys should just take your money elsewhere, or pay the extra 100 for the product from Apple refurbished or even for the retail

    The unit had what I expected. A few scratches and dents. I was surprised to see a very clean screen and battery is still performing very well. I hope the battery stays the same in the weeks to come. 4 stars as the unit was not packed very well. Box was bent in some places and a corner ripped. Although the MacBook was in a bubble sleeve, it could have been better packed

    My first refurbished purchase. I am delighted and very satisfied with this MacBook Air M1 from 2020. For a PC in decent condition, it's really in very good condition. Only 1 or 2 keys are a bit depressed, but that doesn't hinder the use of the Mac in any way. Only 2 small negative points: - a little cleaning of the screen and shell would have been appreciated - the gold colour is actually more of a pink-gold, but never mind, I'll just buy a case ☺️

    After a careful evaluation on the web, I found this refurbished MacBook Air.Ordered on 1/12/24 (Sunday) and arrived on 4/12/24.So delivery and shipping tracking very good. The PC arrived in a very minimal cardboard box but still quite premium looking, in the package were also included NOT original but brand new charging cable and power supply. The Mac was in a plastic bag and protected by several box inserts, in short, generally good packaging. The machine itself, ordered on the Back Market as "Excellent" is practically perfect aesthetically, has only a few micro scratches near the USB-C connectors almost invisible.The screen is also in excellent condition in short, nothing to report ... except for the keyboard, which has a backlight that does not work perfectly and some keys do not correspond to the symbols that represent, or if pressed write on the screen characters other than those indicated.This I think indicates that when replacing the keyboard probably has not been tested properly.
