Disappointed. It didn’t come as expected. I bought in the excellent condition, paid extra for it and paid extra to get the uk keyboard layout but I got the US layout which wouldve saved me about €70 less if I chose that option in the first place. The laptop came with no charger and came with no Apple packaging whatsoever literally just the laptop in some random white box and that’s it. I had high expectations because I’ve bought off other websites like refurbished and they ALWAYS come with a charger at the minimum and if it doesn’t they make it VERY clear to you that it doesn’t come with it. Alongside that I paid extra for no reason and all they could offer me was a refund. The laptop took ages to come so I already know if I try get a replacement I’ll be looking at paying more money to ship it back to them and waiting another 2 months before I actually get what I paid good money for. You guys should just take your money elsewhere, or pay the extra 100 for the product from Apple refurbished or even for the retail

when i was turning it on and off it was jammed and didn't work and i had to completely turn it off so it can work back. and i didn't get my refund yet.

This is the second refurbished product I have purchased from back market and I have not been disappointed. Recently upgraded my old apple to a MacBook Air 2020 and its great - in perfect condition, like new 😊 Would highly recommend this company. Great for the environment too not buying new!

Parcel arrived 2 days early, very well packed and protected, I have the impression of having received a new MacBook Air, it works very well, no anomalies in the external appearance of the product, the maximum battery charge is 100% so it must have been changed during reconditioning, moreover I was also given a better charger (Apple) of 67watt, nothing to say everything is nickel! We'll have to see over time if everything works properly.

After being very satisfied with my first refurbished purchase from Back Market (an iPhone 13 Pro Max in perfect condition), I tried again with a MacBook Air M1 in very good condition. Well, I'm not disappointed! Not only did it cost less than the iPhone (Apple's new prices are mind-boggling), but it's in perfect condition in my opinion. A superb machine, extremely powerful for the price, connected to a keyboard, a mouse, a 4k screen and 2 external SSDs thanks to a small USB C hub costing €18, it replaces a big Windows PC that consumed 3 or 4x as much electricity! I'm also delighted to have been able to find it in qwerty. Why buy a new Apple when there's Back Market?

Received my MacBook Air in 3 days. First time purchasing a refurbished item so I was a bit nervous. The item came in excellent condition (I payed for excellent as they had a good deal), no scratches or imperfections at all! Works fast and the battery has been lasting me for days. Very happy with my purchase so far. Will definitely come back to back market.

It had bare wires sticking out of the charging lead, and the plug adaptor was held together with rubber bands. The backspace button no longer worked, and it long ago declared itself incapable of any more iOS updates. Enter Backmarket! Once I'd made the difficult decision to replace my trusty steed, the speedy delivery left me no time to dwell on my treachery. My new refurbished macbook air is so sleek and sexy, everyone's asking "who is she?" when I walk into the coffee shop with it under my arm. While my ingratitude to my erstwhile companion is a constant weight on my conscience, I am nonetheless overjoyed with my lovely new pal.

MacBook Air well protected and packed for delivery. When I switched it on, it showed 43% charge and then switched off 10 minutes later. After a full charge overnight, no more problems. The battery lasts more than 10 hours in use. The product is everything I expected. I would recommend the reconditioning company.
