    I was very pleasantly surprised, as I hadn't chosen the 'as new' model because of the price, but in fact the condition of the device I received was excellent, with not the slightest trace of use. What's more, I was a bit worried about the battery, because the new batteries were exhausted, so I had to accept a device with a used battery, but this one holds a charge very well (a full day without any problems).     very happy with my phone, ordered it on the Wednesday and it came through next day. it all works good. my only complaint is the date I'm from the UK so I'm used to date month year but this phone goes by the way the Americans do it. plus I can't sync my Bluetooth earphones to this phone. still happy with my phone I paid £89 pound for it and not a mark or scratch on it

    Perfect product arrived in excellent condition, it worked for 12 months without any problems, then when I changed to a new Sim it came out with a pre-existing 'administrator's block'! Panic, now 'out of warranty' I turn to Back Market explaining the problem in detail and with great fairness they offer me assistance and finally 'return with full refund'. Great demonstration of seriousness ! I will buy my new phone from them .

    The item arrived safely and in good condition. It works correctly but I'm concerned that it never asks me if I authorise the PC to access its data when I connect it to my computer via USB. The phone is never recognised by the PC (HP ProBook 470 G5 i7 win 10/64bits). This makes transferring photos by email very tedious... Thank you for your attention and advice. All the best.
