Excellent hardware, made to last, with plenty of RAM and internal storage space, it does not allow a microSD card to be added, but I honestly don't feel the need. Fully supported by LineageOS. No feeling of slowing down, really a very good product, reconditioned in an excellent way.

Delivery super fast, but never again via UPS. It took 2 weeks before we finally got the smartphone. Contacted UPS several times with the request to send the driver only after 3 pm. Each time the driver arrived at the "requested time" at 7am! Regarding the quality, I can say that the smartphone was as stated, deeply discharged, so it took two or three attempts to revive it. Otherwise, I would gladly return for a refurb

very happy with my phone, ordered it on the Wednesday and it came through next day. it all works good. my only complaint is the date I'm from the UK so I'm used to date month year but this phone goes by the way the Americans do it. plus I can't sync my Bluetooth earphones to this phone. still happy with my phone I paid £89 pound for it and not a mark or scratch on it

Perfect product arrived in excellent condition, it worked for 12 months without any problems, then when I changed to a new Sim it came out with a pre-existing 'administrator's block'! Panic, now 'out of warranty' I turn to Back Market explaining the problem in detail and with great fairness they offer me assistance and finally 'return with full refund'. Great demonstration of seriousness ! I will buy my new phone from them .

Hello, the phone seems OK. The battery lasts barely a day though. It seems to me that the ad didn't mention how long it would last. Apart from that, the phone is very functional!

Everything is in top condition with no defects. Unfortunately, it fell after a week without protection and the display is now defective. It is not worth repairing the display on this model, as you can buy a new used Nord at the prices on offer.

The phone works well and arrived a few days ahead of schedule. You still have to make sure you charge it 1-2 times a day if you're doing tasks that require resources from the phone. It's a good experience!

I'd buy from Back Market again. The overall cost and the device quality was fantastic and I've been using the mobile for around a month without a single hiccup with it's use or aesthetic. I have noted that the screen can scratch easier then the real mccoy so definitely make sure you buy screen protectors etc and fit them straight away as it can scratch. Overall really happy and impressed 😁
