Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.

After questioning the refurbisher, BackMarket's customer service took the trouble to check that I hadn't made a mistake in my order for 2 identical laptops, one with a French keyboard and the other with a Spanish keyboard. I was very pleased that they had done this and that the order arrived on time and perfectly packaged.

I bought this HP EliteBook in "very good condition" 1 month ago, the price is interesting because it's cheaper than new. The PC is in very good condition indeed, except for a few scratches on the screen cover and the bottom of the PC, but nothing serious. This was my first refurbished purchase and my first on BackMarket. No regrets so far.

My purchase arrived earlier than planned (a huge bonus point as I was travelling that week) and looked brand new. There are no scratches or issues, and it is working smoothly. Good evening. It was a gift for my sister who was doing a computer course. But I must admit that I loved the product as soon as I saw it. It is the second notebook I have bought and both have met my expectations, the first one was never used and I gave it to a friend, who is very happy with it. But this second HP is even better, as I said, I only tested it because it was for my sister, but it was very good. I am more than satisfied with the purchase so far.

Hp Probook is like new, not a mark on it. It also came with 20Gb rather than the 16Gb stated which is a nice bonus. Used the free upgrade for Win11, it’s a great machine at a great price. Very pleased.
