The package arrived earlier than scheduled so I was not at home to pick it up, it was left at the nearest Ups collection point. When I went to pick it up the box had some damage, broken and bumps, but the computer works perfectly and there are no scratches or bumps that could have been caused by the way the box was. The screws to mount the foot of the computer were not included. In the advertisement it said that it was the model MSI Modern AM271P 11M and in the system information the model is MSI Modern TGL-U AM241.

Yes everything good service delivery etc. PC kept dropping of the internet every few minutes which was frustrating however I ran a few virus tests and seems a lot better now.
