Very satisfied with my order, the device arrived in great condition and works perfectly, a downside on the box that packed the original box, may be a little light, it was damaged in places, surely due to the "delicacy" of the delivery. I was on the fence about buying a refurbished coffee machine but it's been 3 months of daily usage and still going strong! The machine came with all the accessories and the manufacturer cleaning tablets. It was almost completely clean with the expected slight wear and tear for a refurbished product.
