The item had not been repaired before being put back on the market. The plate had a current leak which caused my differential to trip "one phase was in contact with earth". I need to be more careful.... fortunately I'm an electrician by training.

No worries, the delivery system is very convenient. However, it would have been a good idea to offer a parcel delivery service for this type of item.

The product is in very good condition and works perfectly. However, the Flying sensor function only works with specific stoves.

Powerful hotplate, but some noise during heating

hello supri for the speed of delivery however the parcel the carton totally ripped off and roughly re taped by the carrier then the carton of the hob opened. i find this disgraceful i was not at home when i received the parcel it was my wife we have photos and videos when i get home from work tonight i will take a very close look at the hob !!!!!!!!!!
