Hi, I received the PC, and everything works fine, except the Bluetooth, I replaced the dongle installed by a TP ub 400 This didn't do anything and I spent 3 hours with the TP Link ingénierie, and it seems that the bluetooth was already installed.. I bought a 3 meter audio câble. But, at every starting of the PC, the system asks me to reboot and it works.. I will have a look at the problem when i have a little bit more time.. The choice isn't easy, given the number of models on offer. I don't regret having chosen a Dell Core I5, which is very fast, after having used a reconditioned Dell I3 for several years, but very slow in the end. There are 3 downsides to my satisfaction (which I'll mention elsewhere): 1- when the power socket is switched on, the computer turns on and then shuts down within 2 seconds, so I have to switch it back on using the front panel switch. 2- The drive drawer doesn't open by itself, so I have to help it. 3- burning audio CDs makes a terrible noise (but it works...)!

The PCpack seller dispatched the parcel on the day I ordered it, which I received the next day. The tower was well packaged and secured in bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box. I found the tower to be in very good condition, the reconditioning was well done, I just had a small problem with my DVD drive which wasn't playing anything, it turned out that it was just the Windows 10 DVD drive which wasn't activated, which happens with some versions of W10. All in all, very satisfied with my order and my PC. Very satisfied with the seller and thank you backmarket.

When I started the PC for the first time, the English-only UEFI greeted me with an error message. According to the error message, the time was not set correctly. I then set the time correctly. The PC then restarted several times. After several reboots, the Windows 11 setup screen appeared and the language was back in English. I therefore reinstalled a German-language Windows 11 Pro, freshly downloaded from the Microsoft website. The installation went smoothly. The above-mentioned error message due to an incorrectly set time came up again when I disconnected the PC from the power supply and reconnected it. The PC started automatically, although the "AC Recovery" function in the UEFI is set to "Power Off". My suspicion was a flat BIOS battery, but this cause of the error would be so simple that the "refurbisher" would certainly have noticed it - I thought. My voltmeter knew better. The installed BIOS battery was indeed flat. Since inserting a new BIOS battery, the error message due to an incorrectly set time no longer appeared. The PC also no longer starts automatically when it is reconnected to the mains.

The product received is satisfactory. It does not quite correspond to what was expected as the claimed 512Gb SSD disk turned out to be split into 2 drives one of which was on sata. Furthermore, on arrival, although the packaging was intact, the computer 'rattled' when I pulled it out: I found a piece of plastic and a screw loose inside. The latter represented a potential risk of short-circuiting the MB. I was therefore less satisfied than with my previous purchase (the suppliers were different: the first - excellent - Catalan, this French).

It arrived in a well packaged box with its power cable. The specs are as expected and it runs great. It is in virtually pristine condition, with no scratches or dust traces inside. It stays at 4 stars because the rest of the added components are not of great quality, but the tower itself is as it should be.

Well, in general, it works well; there are a couple of details that I don't like so much: if I disconnect it from the power, it loses the day/time settings and windows doesn't load; if it's disconnected from the power and I plug in the power strip, it turns itself on automatically - without me hitting the switch; the first time, I had to force a fail-safe start because it never started, it restarted in a loop.
