    The delivery was fine. The quality of the projected image was fine. The problem was the volume. The fans were blinking in ECO about 45-50 db. In addition, there was a "grating" sound if the image was not static. In video games and movies it was a rushing element to the already noisy fans. As the focus was home cinema where low noise is needed, the product did not suit me.

    Purchase received today. However, some accessories are missing compared to a new product (wall bracket and cables). I can imagine this happening with a refurbished product, but in this case it should be clearly indicated on the product sheet. What's more, one of the accessories is clearly shown on the product photo (projector wall bracket). I hope that the problem will be solved because so far my first purchase on BackMarket has been extremely disappointing.

    The 12kg projector arrived in a basic cardboard box with no packaging and no protection (neither for the lens nor the body), just a few sheets of kraft paper and bubble wrap, obviously salvaged and not even taped or held to the unit. The cardboard box arrived completely crushed, and inside everything is crammed into a corner. The top cover is completely scratched, and the lens is full of scuff marks. Like new? The valve is so good! There's not even a doc supplied with it... I wanted to do something for the planet by buying new reconditioned equipment, but I've got it all wrong. So much for the present I was supposed to give. I don't even know if I'm going to give it. BackMarket is digging its own grave with shipments like this. And I'm not even talking about triggering an after-sales service. The functions described in the FAQ are non-existent. Buy braces or breeze blocks and you'll have (perhaps) better luck than I did.
