I can only say one word: excellent. Having been refurbished, it's normal for the phone to have very small dents, but you really have to look closely to see them, apart from that, everything else is impeccable. The battery is 100%, the phone is super-responsive (we're never disappointed with Samsung, which is why I went back to basics) and the screen... Brand new! I'm very satisfied with my purchase and won't hesitate to recommend this site to my friends and family as it saves us a lot of money ; ). Thank you Back market!

I bought this new phone reluctantly, forced and coerced by the sudden and definitive abandonment of the previous one that I bought from you not so long ago. So I'm hoping this one will last a bit longer, otherwise I'm going to start wondering about the ecological and economic benefits of having to buy something new so regularly. For your information, my old mobile, a real antique bought for one euro from an operator when I bought a minimum package, was working perfectly well after more than 10 years of use, and I had to change it with a heavy heart just because it couldn't accept a banking application that had become 'compulsory', the only reason for me to connect to the Internet on this thing. So, to be continued and down with programmed obsolescence and permanent connection! Kind regards.

The phone I ordered through backmarket looks as new. It arrived when they said it would and cost a lot less than a new phone of that specification would. Also it's a great way for not wasting a perfectly good phone just because someone wants an upgrade. My only small niggle was that there was no gadget to open the sim drawer so an assumption has been made that you already have had a phone that opens in this way. A pin didn't do the trick so I had to borrow one from someone to get started. Otherwise I can't fault them.
