    I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A50 phones in February and they are now on order. My husband and I are very happy with both products. Our old recycled phones lasted almost 3 years. But one major problem is delivery. The dispatch notes from the sub-contractors in Germany were incorrectly filled in (no address or telephone number)! So the carriers didn't want to deliver! And the Black Market advisers couldn't contact the carriers. I don't know what the advisers are for! Ha they know how to ask if everything is fine and tell us useless speeches. Be vigilant because you're going to lose customers and we're not going to save the Planet!

    My SAMSUNG GALAXY A50 is in good condition except that I can't access the internet on it if I activate the A50's mobile access point to give my PC internet access (I used to be able to do this without any problem with the A10). Another anomaly: sometimes I have no network and I have to do "mobile network" > "network mode", switch to "3G/2G" then back to "4G/3G/2G" for the internet connection to come back. Support suggests that I return the phone, but I can't bear the thought of sending it back, "disconnecting from all my accounts, deleting all my personal data and settings", only to have to start all over again...
