I had some doubts at first as I have never bought a refurbished one, but I changed my mind, despite being in good condition the phone had no visible scratches but the back cover only had colour defects. Only in the box was the phone protected but it danced.Bye and see you next time.

This was my first purchase of a refurbished phone and I chose to play safe by choosing 'excellent ' condition from a respected brand in Samsung. It arrived very quickly and when unpacked was in as new condition. I couldn't tell that it was refurbished because there was no visible wear. The S20 is quick and the software is very good. Would I buy through Backmsrket again? Certainly.

This is the first time I've ordered a refurbished camera and I'm not happy with it. The only downside is that I did the software update and since then my camera screen is all white. The camera works if you don't zoom in, but I'd like to fix the problem.

I bought this phone for my son for Christmas. He didn't even realise it was refurbished. The only give away was lack of Samsung box. The phone is in PERFECT order, looks brand new and I have one happy son. happy days. 😁

The mobile, for this price and as it is, I give it a 9. The truth is that it goes great and is as expected. I was afraid to buy it refurbished because they always have some small detail in its use (some failure of the mobile for which the first owner sells it) but this one has turned out well. I've just received my white S20 5G and I'm extremely surprised and satisfied, because honestly, given the reviews I'd read on the refurbisher's page, I was really worried that I would receive my phone in a condition other than the one indicated, or even that I would never receive it because it was delivered by FEDEX. But in the end I give it a 10/10 because I ordered the phone in perfect condition so the highest condition and I am delighted to see that it is LIKE NEW but really, no scratches, no physical defects and it runs like new sincerely no bugs, no problems at startup or even during the installation and transfer from my old phone to this one. Frankly I highly recommend this reconditioner even if many have had problems with delivery or even item me for my part no problem and I am delighted. 😁 as for the delivery with FEDEX, I had the follow-up in time and hour, I even put a comment for the deliveryman who knew where I lived exactly and he called me 2 times this morning before I answered him and had even left me a vocal message to know if somebody was present for the delivery. I was a bit reluctant to buy refurbished but EVERYTHING went really well! One regret may be in the choice of model, I took an S20 5G (because it's one of the few models in the S family to retain an SD card drawer) to replace my broken S10, if I'd had the phones in hand I would have opted for an S10+. The S20's screen seems smaller, even though it claims to be 6.2 inches compared to 6.1 for the S10, I was much more comfortable on the S10's screen, I can't imagine on an S10+. What's more, the S10 family retains its 3.5 jack, which the S20 no longer has. It may not seem like much, but on an S10 you never stop listening to music or making a call because your Bluetooth headphones have run out of power! I had to buy a USBC/JACK 3.5 adapter to continue using my great wired headphones. The phone is as good as new and works perfectly well, so far, no surprises, on the contrary...
