    Hi, the phone was delivered on time and the condition was as described. A little disappointed that while there was a charging cable supplied, there was no plug with phone. The phone is working fine, though for some reason it is very slow when connected to my home wifi, other wifi systems appear fine. the home wifi has a download speed in excess 30mb and other devoces work normally. I reall cannot explain why this is occuring. Other than that all appears fine.

    As usual, I am completely satisfied with BackMarket's service. This is my third refurbished smartphone and computer I've bought from them, and everything has always been perfect. From navigating the site to choosing and purchasing, everything is smooth and easy. So far, the refurbishers have kept all their promises. My Samsung S21 arrived on time, in perfect condition (as mentioned in the advert). Why should I have bought a new smartphone that would have cost me an extra £300 or £400? Well, I did notice that there was a small defect on my screen (a sort of small indentation, like a 'punch'), but this discovery was completely fortuitous, as the defect is almost invisible and doesn't affect the operation or appearance of the phone in any way. I can't see it in use, as if it wasn't there in the first place. In short, thank you BackMarket and thank you to the refurbisher (who also sent me the phone with a soft protective cover).
