All good. It arrived quickly and well packed. The plates didn't arrive as clean as I expected.

Happy with the purchase. However, the straightener was not clean at all. I gently wiped around the plates etc with a cotton bud, which removed the dirt. Even the nozzle you put the straightener in was a mess. A quick wipe with a toothbrush and some soap and it was as good as new. I nearly sent it back.

Item received in a cardboard box with no protection and no packaging. It worked plugged into the socket , but it seemed poorly fixed because it pulls the hair ... I'm not a technician I do not see that it is broken , buy in "proper condition" it should never have put sent in this condition! It was not repaired at all before being put up for sale !!!!!! 🤬 Declared in the week which followed because offered to a birthday . Received on 27/01 , declared damaged on 4/02 after the party . I am told that the deadline has passed! The basic error is the reception in this state, and not the delay! The seller is a thief and a swindler !!!!!!!!!! He has just made 100€ without doing ANYTHING! I won't leave it at that!

I did not receive the correct colour as indicated on the advert.
