One week's use of the "Premium" refurbished Google Pixel 5. I'm very happy with it. The reverse over this period would have been dramatic. The refurbishment centre had forgotten the included USB cable but BackMarket helped me deal with the situation really quickly. I'm-content. ☼

I'm happy to have finally had a refurbished smartphone worthy of the name, and that's very rare. You're right, it's simple: it's been refurbished by Google. The battery is new, the shell is new, the screen is new. Everything reacts instantly. It's incredibly fluid. I validate 100%.

Really Happy with my first Back Market Order. My expectations were very low, but I was surprised to get a mobile with very minimal wear and scratches. The phone looks like its only been used for a few weeks and works perfectly (which is amazing for a 'fair' grade phone). Big Shoutout to the refurbisher "Tech Check Ltd". Really happy with my purchase and highly recommend Back Market.

I bought it 5 months ago (November 2023) with some trepidation because I know that some people have had bad experiences with certain retailers. For my part, five months later I'm still very happy with it. Ordered as "very good condition", the phone only had 2/3 small scratches on the casing, which were only visible up close. When it comes to operation, everything is perfect, I have nothing to complain about, the phone works extremely well and so far I haven't had any problems with it. The battery life is what I expected: it's as good as new. No problems there. This refurbished phone comes from a retailer based in the UK, I believe. So I can highly recommend it! This was my very first refurbished purchase and I'm delighted with it so far. Would definitely buy again.

The phone is very good, it works well, except for the battery, which is inferior to the performance of the new model... We'll assume that's 85%. The appearance is impeccable. Very fast delivery (with a French reconditioner) and no problems. However, I am sorry that the model advertised in the description is the European model (GTT9Q), the one I was looking for, when in fact I was sold the Japanese model (G5NZ6). Not major differences, but it's not very professional of Back Market.

I took "correct quality" (the lowest) for my Pixel 5, I was expecting something quite worn out anyway... not at all! Nickel shell and screen, very small scratches but you really have to look closely. I was careful to choose a refurbisher that was also well rated... And the battery is holding up well, which is what I was most worried about in the first place.

No real problems - only mark on this was mid screen but that nearly disappeared with a screen protector. Typical Google you do get a flood of Google must have's that spring up when your trying to do bits quickly. Slowly killing them off. Phone is fast and fun.

Perfect. I picked up the phone in decent condition and there were a few micro-scratches on the front but I can't even see them now that I've put a protective glass over it. The battery isn't new, but it will last a full day with moderate use (no games or video, but GPS, music and internet), and two with light use. Behind the scenes, it's fast, it's fluid, and it's perfect for my use, mainly utilities and music.

It's good overall It's compact and light, so it's comfortable to hold, and the borders are uniform, so it's handy for Netflix, etc. It supports big games well Incredible photo quality As for the battery, I can last all day, but at the end of the day I'm down 1 or 2%, so it's not great. And the microphone is under the screen, so the sound quality isn't great. Its oled screen for watching videos and using the phone in direct sunlight does the job, so I don't regret my purchase.

The smartphone is as good as new, it looks like it was just opened and returned for some reason I don't know. Everything works perfectly and the battery lasts me 4 days if I don't use it a lot. The delivery was on time, but there was a problem with the delivery as they didn't print the address correctly and I had to solve it by calling the transport agency as they didn't call me even though they had my number.
