    Hello, the PC works very well, I'm satisfied, the packaging is perfect, it's a great seller. For other buyers, it's more worthwhile buying a refurbished PC than a new one, because after a year it starts to wear out, whereas a refurbished one, for example between €150 and €200, works very well.     I have bought several refurbished devices in recent years as even expensive brand new ones were breaking down when only 2 years old. They have become like white goods - cheaper to replace with refurbed rather than send to the repairers. I am very pleased with the HP Elite laptop from Back Market I've just bought for a mere £159. I was expecting it to have some cosmetic damage but the appearance is immaculate. It does the job and even if it breaks down in a year or so's time I won't be complaining. It arrived next day and was very well packaged.

    Hello, I am delighted with my reconditioned HP Elitebook. Shipping was impeccable with UPS, and fast too, good order tracking. This is the first time I've ordered from Back Market, and frankly it's perfect! The computer is what I expected, and it's in superb condition! Just a few small problems with the keyboard, the "ctrl" key on the left doesn't work, and I haven't managed to update it or find the problem. But I have the same key on the right, which works. A few little bugs elsewhere on the keyboard, but that's it, refurbishing isn't quite turnkey, it requires a bit of handling and updates, and other checking installations! In short, it's OK now. Also, I absolutely wanted to buy from a French-speaking vendor for easy follow-up in case of a problem, which is silly, but I'm thinking that maybe I should think about it! So I recommend this seller, in terms of quality and delivery! Honestly, everything is great! Elise.

    So the computer looks super functional. The keys have been changed and replaced by keys with no letters on them, only stickers with the letters, which prevents the keyboard from being properly backlit. Also the battery seems very, very limited. I can't change the brightness with my keyboard, and lots of other little things. In conclusion, it's in refurbished condition, and the way I'll be using it means I can keep it that way. It looks nice, and seems to run fairly quickly, so I'll be happy with it. Next purchase, a MacBook Pro which I hope will still have fewer problems 😅
