    This order has been marked as delivered but no goods were delivered, and we notified Backmarket of this. We filled out the forms as requested but no refund has been processed yet. Backmarket are slow to respond and making inadequate efforts to resolve the situation. We are extremely disappointed and concerned that we have been ripped off by this service.

    Hello, I am generally satisfied with the service and the equipment, but I would like to point out that the device was not in working order because it seems that the configuration of the operating system was not carried out correctly (after the reconditioning I imagine) and we had to go to apple in order to adjust the ipad to allow synchronisation with the existing apple account. As for the rest, you're always top notch!

    I finally took the plunge and bought a refurbished product, and my first Apple product at that. Back Market is top notch in terms of choice and price. Very happy with my purchase, I'll be back. The iPad arrived superbly packaged. It's as good as new, the screen is spotless, as is the plastic work, zero scratches, zero impact. It comes with a generic charger, which doesn't hinder anything, and the battery is very chargeable.

    iPad ordered came even better than expected. Only ordered Fair condition and came in pretty much mint with very few signs of wear. Also included fast charger and good quality Lightning cable!     The difference between second hand (buyer beware!) and refurbished (supplier’s reputation at stake) was very clear throughout the selection and buying process. I’ve got what - to me, at least - is a new iPad for half the new price. So it’s a naff gold back, but I keep it in a fully enclosed case anyway. So it’s a white surround rather than black, but I got used to that in about three seconds. The important elements on my checklist were clearly described, namely a flawless screen and a minimum of 85% of the original battery life. Very happy with my purchase and confident that it will continue to live up to all expectations.
