    Good product for refurbished, a new battery would have been better though. The charger supplied with it doesn't work on the tablet but it does work on my iPhone. It must not be suitable for the tablet.

    The product arrived in less than 48 hours very quickly and with the utmost professionalism of the courier who followed the instructions to the letter. I have already been testing it for a good 20 days for work and, although I use it to a limited extent without taking full advantage of its performance, I am finding it great! Let's face it, not that I had any doubts about the quality of Back Market's products; I've already bought a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max (excellent quality) in December 2023 and never had a problem so far. The IPad is in perfect condition, just a small almost imperceptible scratch on the back but that doesn't create any problems. As always great savings and excellent value for money on a product that is as good as new in terms of performance and condition. W the refurbished, W Back Market! :) Emanuele

    I am really satisfied, I wanted to offer my wife an iPad refurbished by Arisphone through the services of Back Market ... The tablet was delivered on time and the packaging was correct. On the first charge my wife realised that the charger was out of order. A simple message from me on the Back Market site was enough for my account to be credited with €15, apologising for the inconvenience... Well ...
