    I received the ipad very well packaged! no scratches on the glass. it really looks like a new one. i haven't tried it yet as it's a christmas present for my 14 year old granddaughter.     So far, I am really glad I bought this refurbished IPad! I needed a pad for studying, but I didn't want to spend too much on it as it wouldn't make sense for me. So I found this site, read all the reviews from other buyers, and it was this mainly that gave me confidence to make the purchase, besides the super competitive prices! I am delighted, the device works great! The package was perhaps not packed carefully, if it had taken a few bumps or been crushed, it could easily have broken! So this is the only advice I give to sellers, it would be a shame then if the item was sent back because it was damaged during shipping! For everything else, I absolutely recommend buying here!
