    Infuriating that it is impossible to speak to anyone about the payment you owe me for the trade in. It is not acceptable that you ask for passport details. It is very suspicious.     I bought ipad air 2 (2014) despite the fact that it is now almost 11 years old because I only needed it to take notes at university, in fact I even opted for 32GB of memory as I didn't need much. I paid little for it and didn't expect much, but it was good enough for me. However, the ipad is unexpectedly fast, the battery lasts really long (strange for an apple product) and I was able to install a lot of apps without slowing it down. I chose 'very good condition' and the ipad is perfect, except for a crack in the top right corner, but as it is black it doesn't show when using it. I am very satisfied with my experience on Back Market and will definitely recommend it.

    The iPad works perfectly. The problem was that in the description it said that it came with the charging cable and the plug for the light, and it didn't, it only came with the cable, there is no trace of the plug. The description didn't say anything about it not being included, or even that it might not be original, so I was expecting an original apple charger. After contacting the BackMarket service, they offer me either 15€ for me to buy one here (which would be buying a non-original one, because they don't have originals to buy and which costs 16.90, so I would have to put in 1.90 which is not high, but I shouldn't have to contribute more money, as it was included in the description) and the second option is that the seller sends me a compatible one, which is the option I have chosen, but I am not happy either, as for the same price they give me a compatible one and not an original one, which is what they should offer me because in the description it doesn't say that the charger is compatible.

    At first glance, the iPad (my second one, which I bought from Backmarket - I only buy my technology here) is in really good condition. If you take a closer look, there are two 4cm long scratches in the display, one of which is quite deep. We will cover this up with armoured glass, as this glass covers up minor damage. But it shouldn't need that if you choose a very good condition. The first iPad was flawless, this iPad is a little bit of a cut above the rest.

    The 'new' iPad is almost 10 years old - but looks almost as good as new; it also worked without any problems when I put it into operation; for my parents it was exactly the right replacement for their defective 1st generation iPad Air.
