    Je suis globalement satisfaite de mon achat... si ce n'est que le carton est arrivé bien abîmé, et que certains éléments sont arrivés carrément sales... Après nettoyage, ils restent en bon état, mais je ne trouve pas ça très ragoûtant d'avoir les restes de soupe du précédent utilisateur (couvercle, bouchon et cuve sales, spatule greasse). Enfin, il n'y avait pas de notice dans le carton, ce qui est plutôt plutôt embêtant... à l'heure de la dématérialisation, je pense quand même réussir à m'en sortir : je ne parviens tout de même pas à me connecter à la machine pour avoir les recettes (je ne sais pas si c'est possible finalement avec cette machine). En tout cas, on ne peut pas dire que cet ensemble correspond au critère " en parfait état " comme stipulé dans l'annonce. Sinon, le robot semble fonctionner correctement jusqu'à présent, le seul hic n'est pas de votre ressort, mais du constructeur : donner la cuve pour 4,5l, alors que le maximum effectif est de 2,5l, c'est de la poudre aux yeux... mon Monsieur Cuisine avait une cuve de 3l effectif! Bref, je reste quand même satisfaite de mon achat, mais pas forcément du reconditionneur...

    Purchased a fortnight ago. On receipt, the food processor was not clean. The bowl and the robot had several traces of dry dough and flour ... yet the seller's commitments include cleanliness whatever the condition. To top it all off, it has just broken down. I really have the feeling that I've bought a second-hand food processor, not a reconditioned one! Disappointing first purchase on backmarket!

However, in order to use all the functions, the base plate adaptor is missing, which allows slow cooking (so I haven't tried it), the food processor spatula is missing and the food processor has a small notch.
