The parcel arrived very quickly, the item was well packaged and, as far as I could tell, in good condition (with just a few marks on the underside - nothing serious or visible). The only problem was that the item was supposed to come with a stylus for writing on the screen, but it didn't. The BackMarket team was excellent. The BackMarket team was excellent and tried to resolve the situation with the seller. Unfortunately, the seller didn't complete the device with the missing accessory, claiming that he didn't have the accessory, even though it was well represented in the photo of the device that advertised it on the page. Once again, the BackMarket team offered me a solution and proved equal to the task. In short, despite the professionalism with which the equipment was dispatched and the fact that it came in good condition overall, it wasn't complete, the seller didn't offer a solution to the situation, and the reality is that I was left with the equipment, but without a part that distinguished it from other similar products and interested me in the first place. BackMarket rose to the occasion and continues to deserve my trust.

Very good buying experience. The computer has only a small scratch on the back, the overall colour is very good, the IPS screen is perfect, no problems have been found with the performance. There are stickers on the keys. It's a laptop that can be rotated and has a touchscreen, all in all it's very good! Especially for the low price, it is perfect for children in middle school.
