    The charger arrived quickly and intact, very clean and with a small reconditioner's sticker attached (which in my opinion, does not affect the aesthetics). It came in a shipping envelope, with bubble wrap inside, but I still think it was well protected. The seller even included a small packet of goodies! I would repeat and recommend it

    Everything went very well, my only comment concerns the fact that I bought a charger on backmarket to buy a refurbished product (in an eco-responsible logic) and that the charger I received was perfectly new.     Great to get a replacement charger so quickly & cheaply. I think the cable is 'back-to-front' in the plug as there always seems to be a twist when I plug it in the laptop. Apple should reinforce the cable where it enters the plug, and at the magnetic contact point, because that's where the original failed. I've now done this with my new cable - bit of a bodge job of course but hopefully it might last longer!
