    Love the product. Better than expected. Perfect condition. Only issue it arrived four days late. I really love the idea of reusing everything we can. It’s so much faster than my old IMac. Highly recommended for people on a low budget. You can get a great hi-end Mac for a quarter of the price of a new one, with a years guarantee. I am seventy years old, love Mac’s, but I will never buy a new one again as long as I have access to products of this quality.

    Great service. I've ordered regular DHL delivery and it has been sent with an express. I received a Macbook within 3 days. Mac is in excellent condition visually and performance-wise as advertised. However, keys w and x work quite hard and had to be pressed quite strongly to get them working. Overall, great.     Very fast and safe delivery for the Mac. Condition as advertised, although a lot of knocks on the case... I'm still getting to grips with the new features, but it's going well. One small downside that could become a major weakness in the short term is the battery. It doesn't last as long in working hours as the one in the old MacBook Pro dating from 2012. So we'll have to wait and see. All in all, I'm still very satisfied with Backmarket, a quality refurbished product.

    I was a little surprised when I saw Arabic characters on the back of the packaging of the MacBook Pro, because it appears that the MacBook was refurbished with a German top case. And since I've had a bad experience with a refurbished MacBook before, I was a bit sceptical at first. After unpacking it, however, this feeling was quickly dispelled. The top case and keyboard look absolutely new, the battery hasn't had any charging cycles and the rest looks absolutely as good as new, with absolutely no scratches from the display to the base. The original packaging was also included, which is not a matter of course for refurbished devices. All in all, the perfect Intel MacBook in 13 inches that you can still get, especially when it is in such perfect condition. This time I compared the sellers before buying and the good ratings and comments had convinced me at Chapp B.V. and I was not disappointed. I can absolutely recommend this seller. Price performance is also absolutely fair here.
