Surprise, I didn't receive the Surface Pro 3, but a Surface Laptop 3! However, as the Surface Laptop meets all the main criteria I was looking for (except for the weight, which is a bit more than the Surface Pro), I'm quite happy with it, which means I don't have to return it and reorder it. But it's still strange, this product switch =)!

The logistics were superb, it arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered it in excellent condition and that's what it arrived in, you can tell it's been used but it's perfect. I was most worried about the battery, but it is also perfect. It comes with the operating system installed which I was also worried about. It works fast and agile, the screen is in perfect condition. First time ordering from this site, I wasn't expecting such good quality. Very few defects on the computer, good autonomy, fluid. Not perfect as new but in very good condition and perfect for a refurbished. Not supplied with the stylus (good to know but not a fault, especially when you compare the price I paid for the computer and the original).
