    I bought a refurbished Thinkpad x 260 from Laptop Service/Trade Discount which is a refurbishing company in Voiron, France. Once I received the pc, everything seemed fine, except the screen which had a few marks and scratches from wear and tear for which I was able to get a partial refund ( ~ 5% of the price of the item ). I ran several software and hardware tests to see if the CPU, RAM, fans and graphics card were in good condition. Everything was fine. I then put the PC through its paces with normal office use to see if the battery was holding up, and it was. So even the battery is in good shape. I've had the PC for a month now and everything is working properly. So I'm pretty pleased with this experience. I would recommend Laptop Service/Trade Discount to anyone who wants to buy refurbished business PCs, such as Thinkpads. See you soon for a new experience. MassiGy

    Extremely fast service and shipping of the order! My first experience with refusrbished! On the plus side, the laptop came out of the box with Windows 11 (which I didn't expect because it wasn't mentioned anywhere). Plus it is extremely responsive to everyday needs (Browsing, Youtube, light CAD, programming, multitasking, etc). Its screen is small, but quite attractive to the eye. The battery is very good in general. Awesome build quality. Overall a great tool even for today (2024). The only negative, on the laptop were noticed a little more pronounced scratches than I expected (Condition: Pretty good), but fortunately only on the back of the screen under the Thinkpad logo. Of course, the functionality of the laptop is not affected in any way, only the aesthetics of the laptop. For a first experience with refurbished I am very much satisfied and would try again to buy other refurbished electronic devices.
