    So far there's nothing to complain about, the product is as good as new, the charging case is flawless, with just a little play on the hinges when the case is opened. The headphones themselves work perfectly well, the quality is spot on, the sound is perfect, the product is super light, you hardly feel them and the headphones have no imperfections. The product arrived a day early, so thank you to the reconditioning team for their professionalism and speed of delivery, and thank you also to Mrs Pauline who thanked me for my purchase, with a little note on the invoice!     Frankly, it's great, I didn't see any problems with the earphones, they're really comfortable, after the noise reduction it's not great, well I mean it's not bad but compared to the new generation it's still a long way off (I'm saying this because I bought the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro but the earphones were too small for my ears and it wasn't suitable for me).
