    great mobile phone unfortunately the product was not waterproof. I unwound it easily and after an hour the camera fogged up because water got in, which is a no-go for this device. you can see why...the edge is raised at one point and the adhesive no longer adheres there and no longer seals...a real waste for such a device. that's why i really want to give it back.

    For once I'm disappointed, the smartphone was supposed to be in "perfect condition" (and therefore more expensive) but it arrived dirty, full of dust/soil, and a label was stuck on the screen, difficult to remove and clean the glue. The (protective) screen is partially scratched but not replaced. I checked the supplier's profile before ordering, and they are well rated for their reliability, so I'm all the more surprised by the state of the device. It took me 5-10 minutes to clean the smartphone, but I think it was up to the seller to make the device look "new" and above all, clean, as indicated on the website. @BackMarket, don't let the success of the platform contribute to a deterioration in quality, continue to be demanding with retailers. It remains to be seen how long it will last, if the battery works properly etc., it arrived discharged.

    We received the wrong model. We ordered the CAT S62 pro and received the S60. What's more, the charging cable isn't suitable for the model we received either. On top of that, the mobile phone is unresponsive, there are problems with the screen... it's not 100%. I've been waiting two days for a response from the seller and NOTHING! I've submitted several requests for help, and they simply don't reply... The mobile phone cost more than 400€, only to receive the wrong product and it doesn't work... Total disappointment....

    The Youtube application closes by itself after 5 or 10 minutes. in the rear casing there is written with black marker some numbers that have tried to erase with some solvent and an an spoiled the casing can be seen smeared.
