Refurbished Xbox Series X

Order received before the estimated time and Xbox + controller in the box, that's great! However, I received the console and controller in VERY dirty condition and the power cables weren't all there, no hdmi cable and no cable to recharge the controller. I can understand that this is a refurbishment, but it's unpleasant to have to scrub it as soon as you receive it.

received on time, in the original box and in great condition :-) I'm talking about the Xbox and not the box, I recommend it despite the fact that I didn't buy it reconditioned. It's as good as if I'd bought it in a new shop but at a better price.

Absolutely first class service from Back Market yet again. Bought the xbox series x for my son, it arrived in 3 days and in the original box. Not a mark or scratch on it. You'd never know it was pre owned. I've had 2 phones and and xbox from here and not a single problem once. I'll never buy tech brand new again, five star shopping for sure.

I received the parcel 3 days early, I don't know why, and it was alive 👍. The console works perfectly and manages to launch the game Red Dead Redemption 2 which is extremely greedy without any difficulty in less than 10s. Thanks Back Marcket 😁

Delivery on time and products conform to the description, it is a gift so I could not check if it works well but I recommend. The deliveryman was very attentive and even refused to deliver the item to the address of my parents until they had proved that they were my parents. Thank you very much black market.

Quality of item was very good, everything clean and unmarked. Too early to say about long term with console but it's lost all the account details once and had to be setup again, might have been a one off glitch. Dispatch was average as was delivery so neither fast or slow. Overall a positive experience so far and I would buy again from Back Market.

Overall I got it and I was so giddy with my order and the fact I can pay for it with klarna is even better the storage the speed everything Is so good and my only complaint was the controller and even then it was as easy as a quick wipe to get the wee bitty of much out overall amazing job on it I could not tell it was second hand only give away was the box it came in but other than that 1000000/10 will defo buy from here again

The console arrived in excellent condition in its original packaging, complete with controller. It works very well, it's very powerful and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to play the latest games without any concessions! As for delivery, it even arrived a day early.
