    I wasn't satisfied with my purchase. The smartphone came with 3 defects that were not highlighted at the time of purchase: 1- the GPS doesn't work properly; 2- SIM card slot 1 also malfunctions; 3- the volume button is broken and always goes down on its own. I've done several Error Reports and it won't work again. Having listed these defects in the smartphone, I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and would like a refund.
