    The phone is very slow. Much less responsive than the 5-year-old version 2 I had before. There's a very long latency time between pressing a button and the operation being triggered. Apps sometimes take several seconds of black screen to open. There's a processor and/or sensitivity problem. Also, in the event of a phone call, the sound of the caller is extremely weak. The component that enables you to listen in must be damaged, because even when you turn up the volume, you can hear very little, so you have to switch to a loudspeaker or use headphones.

    Bien que mon reconditionné Xiaomi Redmi 9C présente bien cosmétiquement il n'est pas réactif du tout. Problème de processeur combiné à écran tactile en mi-temps thérapeutique si ce n'est plus. J'en suis à mon 4ème smartphone acheté chez vous en 2 ans!!! Et ce n'est pas que je veuille collectionner!!! Faites quelque chose svp.
