    The phone had to go back. Seemed to be in great condition - like new - but I could not get voice calls working. Nor could my network's tech help. Or the manufacturer's. The seller issued a full refund without fuss, so I'm content and had the confidence to order again.

    The phone itself is fine, it came with charger and cable, I went to charge it? And it doesn't charge, I tried with my old charger and it does charge, thank goodness! I thought it didn't work, because it doesn't have a built-in radio? I don't want a radio that uses mobile data. It's the second mobile I've bought and it doesn't come with a radio.
