This is my first reconditioned purchase, and after a week's use I'm satisfied and have no problems with the way it works. However, be careful when tracking your order, as my parcel was delivered to the wrong relay point without me being informed.

The quality of the product is fairly average, but I think that's due more to Apple than to the reconditioning carried out by BackMarket.

I would recommend this site because of the transparency of the sales process and the various offers for reconditioned equipment.

Honestly, I have always seen reviews on here and thought they were fake but I am quite happy with my order. Got the airpods in excellent condition, and there were scratched on the buds themselves, but nothing you could feel in your ears themselves. The sound was immaculate, as if the pair were brand new - would definitely purchase from here again, and bar the scratches, everything was great.

Product that exceeded my expectations, I even washed them in the washing machine with my clothes and they still work perfectly. The sound quality is perfect and the box doesn't take long to charge.

Excellent product, I don't regret it. It's just a shame that the charger supplied doesn't charge very well but that's not a problem. Super fast delivery I ordered it on a Tuesday and I received it on Friday . I recommend 😁😁

these air pods are my second purchase on back market the first was air pods first generation that I had above because it did not work well after a month but the I am pleasantly surprised for this it works perfectly for 3 months
