Nothing to say! Received earlier than advertised. No nasty surprises on receipt. Clean packaging. Turning now to the AirPods Pro (2nd gen), they were there! Both in their MagSafe, in perfect condition as stipulated at the time of purchase. I tested them and they worked perfectly and the sound quality was there (listening on Spotify). I hesitated a lot with the Sony models but with my iPhone I had to get the AirPods which, according to all professional opinions and tests, are still the best Bluetooth headphones on the market, especially when paired with an iPhone. I haven't yet been able to test them on a phone call. In short, I'm happy with the reconditioning, thank you Backmarket and Lombardo Shop.

Order received well before the expected delivery date, so top notch! I've had the AirPods for a week and a half now and frankly I don't feel like I've bought a refurbished pair as the quality is incredible! For my first purchase on backmarket I'm more than delighted!

After receiving a defective first pair of airpods pro, Backmarket's warranty covered a second pair in perfect condition. Impeccable service and very good follow-up at all times. I will continue to buy refurbished products without a doubt.

Hello, It's been several times that I buy on the site but before on the account of my spouse. I waited before writing a review because of the headphones. Everything went well from purchase to delivery. I'm a bit disappointed that for the price the little battery level and charge indicator light doesn't work... I don't know if it was mentioned or not in the ad... I'm aware that it's a refurbished product but isn't that one of the concerns that you should look at and test and refurbish if possible before reselling... we change cracked or scratched screens don't we?

The product is as described. Received in perfect condition (new). The AirPods are pleasant. They don't look reconditioned! The sound is top I recommend you with your eyes closed. Having said that, I would like to point out the numerous delivery problems due to the delivery people (out of 2 orders, one was lost and therefore refunded and the other the tracking indicated anything). Thank you to BackMarket for listening and helping me with the first one.

The AirPods were delivered a little late, but otherwise everything went great. So far they work great and look great, I'm looking forward to testing them further :D A few weeks later, I can add that the battery is a bit weak (at least I've heard that the Airpods Pro are supposed to last up to five hours, which isn't the case for me. But since charging is very fast, I don't find that too bad). The microphone isn't the best either, but that's generally the case with Airpods and isn't due to the fact that they're refurbished. Therefore 4/5 ⭐️

I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase, I've been using them for a few weeks since they arrived (very fast delivery, by the way), and I couldn't be more delighted with them. I'm definitely glad I put my trust in BackMarket again, the Airpods are like new, they don't look reconditioned.

I received my AirPods Pro 2nd generation with all the equipment next to it, in perfect condition and without any technical problems. However, I do have a problem with the amount of useless packaging used to protect the item.
