Very pleased with this refurbished mouse. Admittedly I don't use it very much because I don't always need it, but it arrived in superb condition, no scratches or anything, and it works very well. The PC detects it quickly and in 2/3 movements, it's connected. A very good product that I'm not sorry I bought, as it's still very useful and effective.

Really happy with my trackpad. I knew it was a good piece of kit as I had one in my previous employment. No problems with my refurbished model from Backmarket - in really good nick and delivered quickly at a good discount from new.

Genuine item, that was listed as “refurbished” but what was in fact new. Sometimes you need a bit more “sweep’ when dragging and dropping. Or in an app such as Garmin’s route planner. This mouse does the job, seamlessly integrates into the Mac Book. Haven’t quite mastered some of the features yet, but will get there! Back Market service was top class as well!

The Magic Mouse arrived promptly and is in perfect condition, functioning flawlessly. However, I encountered significant issues with the Back Market French site while trying to make my purchase using Google Chrome; my payment was blocked several times. I eventually had to switch to Firefox to complete the transaction. This process involved multiple frustrating conversations with Back Market to unblock my profile, which was quite time-consuming. I hope these technical issues are resolved in the future, as they detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.

The delivery time was as stated, so completely on time and the product arrived as ordered in a very good and functional condition. I am very satisfied! So all in all I was very satisfied.

Purchased over 1 year ago I had a problem with the click of the mouse after a few weeks following the purchase, which was repaired and returned perfectly functional, since no worries. I recommend it.

Fast delivery, nothing to say about that. I received the mouse and it was dirty with traces of oxidation on the battery connectors. After cleaning and testing, it worked. There's still a shock on the battery cover, it wasn't mentioned but that's not a problem. The product is fully satisfactory for the use I have for it.

The mouse arrived safely packaged and, as stated, had no visible signs of use (at least for me). Connection to the Macbook was no problem. The only thing I found a pity was that you couldn't see beforehand where the mouse was coming from. Mine came from France, which of course resulted in a slightly longer delivery time. Nevertheless, everything went well!
