The camera is in great condition. However, I wonder about the reconditioning. In fact, no settings were reset, the previous owner's phone was still registered in the Bluetooth, and so on.

First purchase on Back market, and I'm more than delighted! My camera is in "like new" condition with absolutely no signs of wear, it arrived in its original box which itself was in perfect condition, and all the accessories I received with it (battery, battery charger and strap for wearing the camera around my neck) were brand new and in their original packaging! I'd recommend the refurbisher 1000 times over, and I don't regret my choice of refurbished for a single second!

So BackMarket, I'm a loyal customer and I've never been disappointed, but watch out for your reconditioning providers! It's used equipment in decent condition and it's advertised, but you should impose a cleanliness charter on your partners. The device arrived in a deplorably dirty state (I have photos if I need them, taken with my BM phone of course). What seems to be common sense isn't for everyone, and second-hand doesn't mean SALE! However, the camera seems to be in perfect working order (and that's the main thing) and has seen better days since it was bricked up... I still love you BM! <3

Bought a SLR camera from Back Market. Refurbished, but looks and functions as good as new. Really a top product. Delivered very quickly. About the service of Back Market I can unfortunately not say anything because I have not yet had to deal with them. But to sum up, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have received my Canon Powershot G11. I haven't tried it yet but it looks great. The thing is, I didn't know if I would get just the camera without any other accessories. Well, they have included the original Canon charger + 2 original batteries + 2 more batteries. All the cables you might need. An SD card 8Gb. The neck strap, also original. And all this inside a shoulder bag that fits perfectly. Impressed. Thanks to Back Market and their partners E-Com Project.

There's nothing to say it's perfect, in terms of quality and respect for electronics. No impact, nothing for reconditioned, it's bleuffing!

It's really great that you get old equipment working again. I have 2 Canon Powershot 4060 with a defective lens to offer. The lenses no longer extend. We also have a Canon Ixus with a faulty display that no longer shows anything. Can you do something about this? Thank you for your answers.

This is the first time I have bought from Back market, but I had a great time. The product arrived earlier than expected, well packaged and in excellent condition. The tracking of the shipment is very efficient, I was pleased.

Camera looks like new and works wonderfully. So far, however, I've only taken a few test pictures and haven't had an extensive session yet. I'm curious to see how it holds up under continuous use.
