I ordered a Dyson Airwrap Complete Long Origin and I am very satisfied with both the BackMarket service (fast and careful delivery) and the product ordered (reconditioned product by the Dyson brand in very good condition, which works perfectly).

The epilator is brand new! It was delivered very quickly, in short nothing to complain about, it's been years since I bought a new appliance, everything here is reconditioned! Apart from a minor disappointment with one robot, everything else is perfect.

These arrived really quickly! They look brand new and were refurbished directly from Dyson! Amazing price, if you purchase refurbished ones directly from Dyson they are significantly more expensive! I have been using these for about a week now and can’t fault them! I am super happy with my purchase!!

So far, nothing to complain about, not a disappointing purchase, a few traces of wear, but nothing typically off-putting, quite satisfied with my purchase - the first, incidentally, of a reconditioned product, & I think it won't be the last.

The shaver works very well and was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. The charging cradle is not very practical to use (putting the shaver in it is not intuitive) but it is not necessary. A good buy!

The product was well packaged and delivered quickly. However, the description was a bit short. It didn't specify that this is a rather unusual shaver, as it doesn't "store" the cut hairs like traditional models. So when you shave, the cut hairs fall into the sink. It's not a problem, but it would have been nice to know.

Navigation on the site is instinctive, and I quickly found what I was looking for. I took advantage of the €15 discount as a welcome gift. That's great! Thanks to Backmarket, the Dyson Airwrap has become more accessible, and I'm delighted.

Product conforms to the description in packaging that has already been opened (normal given that it has been reconditioned). Only the accessories were not very clear on the description.
