Very good but no instructions, no recipe book, it was a bit complicated to find out how to use it. It's a shame, we should think about reselling products with at least the instructions. Otherwise a very good reconditioned product

No detailed description of what was in the lot or what has been reconditioned. The food processor itself is as good as new and the rest is in good condition but very dirty. I got a bowl and a whisk as extras, but above all all the chopper options, i.e. 2 other sets of utensils included. And no matter how much I reread what I bought, it wasn't marked as included.

I was very happy with the Thermomix, only the colour was supposed to be white and was a beige, which doesn't fit into my white kitchen at all, what a shame! The idea of the Back Market is great and the order and dispatch were also great.

It's a shame the food processor didn't come with instructions. I had quite a hard time opening the lid and had to buy a recipe book to start using the food processor. Otherwise, I'm slowly getting the hang of it.

The thermomix asks for updates in a loop... each time it performs the same updates but they don't seem to be saved because when it restarts it starts again with an update... it's a loop.

I was actually offered the superior model, as this one was finished, but the gist of it I would say does not change. Product in excellent condition, functions all OK. The only note is that it was not clear to me that it was completely and only in French when it came to the menu 3 recipes, but in my case little matter, I use it in manual. Product more than recommended

Great product. Great. However, despite all the protective bubbles in the box, the Cake Factory was wide open and all spilt in the box. Transport problem. Otherwise the Cake Factory works really well and I'm happy with it.

It's great, just one star less for the colour frustration... Just black, not black/gold... Be careful with your machine presentations... on many models it's a poor copy/paste of the technical data sheet and doesn't correspond to the model sold. But otherwise there's nothing wrong with the product, it lives up to its reputation and does what it's asked to do.

Ordered and delivered without any problems, as expected. As far as the THERMOMIX ordered was concerned, all the accessories were in perfect condition and replaced with new ones. The only small problem was with the description of the condition of the item. Described as "in excellent condition", the cracks and burn marks on the front of the appliance were not mentioned. Admittedly, this is more aesthetic than functional, but it would have been useful. I'm delighted with my purchase.
