It's so easy to order and choose your phone model from a wide selection. The only downside is the lack of protection in the packaging box, which would benefit from being reinforced. But overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and my purchase.

Of all the devices bought on the back market, this device is the most damaged externally, scratched + crackling problem when connecting headphones, which prevents good listening via different headphones! But hey, it's second-hand...

This is my second Galaxy A22 5G smartphone and I'm very happy with it. The purchase process, delivery and condition were great. Conclusion: Back Market is highly recommended!

I had to restart it several times because it told me that it was connected to headphones without being so, and therefore it did not reproduce sound through the mobile speaker, the problem was solved after connecting headphones and leaving Spotify on for a while and finally removing them.

I bought the phone for my mother, and she is happy with it. Now she can continue to enjoy taking photos of the plants in the garden and the dogs. The problem is that she pays more attention to the phone than to me, but it's a very good buy.

It was a bit tricky to get it up and running because there were applications and photo icons from the previous operator (Mexican, it seems). It's not really normal: when mine came back I was asked to delete everything and I reset it.

Unfortunately, I've misplaced the phone and so I'm without it anyway. The mobile phone is exactly what I need. The price is right and so far there are no complaints. I'm completely satisfied, so to speak, and that's quite something😉
