Fast delivery. Product conforms. Pretty good condition for reconditioned.

No problem with the delivery, although I'm not sure that all the data from the previous user has been erased, as some Spanish contact names appear. Above all, one of the two microphones doesn't work, so I can only make calls in speakerphone mode, otherwise the person I'm talking to can't hear me. Of course, I checked all the settings.

Item seemed in better condition than I expected so that was good. I just didn't know at the time of purchasing it if it had the features I wanted and had to go ahead and purchase it before I was able to contact the seller to enquire about some features. There should be an option to contact the seller before purchasing the item from the seller. Anyway, this phone is a lot more modern and packed with more features than my previous Nokia 1 Plus phone. Still looking for how to get it to play music automatically when it's connected to my car's bluetooth otherwise it's a great phone.

Purchased the dual sim version of this phone. The phone I recieved only allowed for a single sim. This phone is to replace my older phone which is same model with the dual sim function. This is my first time purchasing through Backmarket, so hopefully this is just a rare issue.

I bought the mobile phone as a Christmas present for my son and it really hit the mark. The device is really as good as new. Both the look and the technology are flawless. The transfer of data from the old A20e (also from backmarket) worked immediately. The delivery worked really well and everything was perfect for Christmas. This was the 3rd refurbished device and so far I am completely convinced by the concept. An unreserved recommendation from me. Keep up the good work!

After 3 months of use, I'm very satisfied with this device. A small reservation about the charger and its cable, which are unreliable...I had to use another charger...I couldn't work out whether it was the cable or the charger. Furthermore, it would be nice if BackMarket, to take its logic to its logical conclusion, offered various types of protection with its devices... (everyone would save time, money, ... and carbon footprint :)) Thank you. Crdlt
